Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Tokyo Deep Value provides a web-based financial data screener for Japanese equities listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The service includes screening tools, financial data, and a newsletter. This is a data product, not investment advice.

2. Not Investment Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to provide investment advisory services. All financial data is provided for informational and research purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 2-day free trial with full access to the screener. After the trial expires, access is limited to a preview of 300 companies unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No credit card is required for the free trial.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Monthly plans are $30/month. Annual plans are $300/year. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through your account page; access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Data Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate financial data but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data is sourced from third-party providers. We are not responsible for errors in the underlying data sources.

7. Intellectual Property

The screener, website design, newsletter content, and associated tools are the intellectual property of Tokyo Deep Value. You may use the data for personal investment research. You may not redistribute, resell, or systematically scrape the data without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tokyo Deep Value is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any investment losses, data errors, service interruptions, or other damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
